Eligibility of admission

1). The student should have passed Maharashtra State Higher Secondary Certificate Examination or similar recognized examination.  Admission will be considered final after receiving the qualification certificate of the university, for the admission of the third year of the degree examination.

2). The result of the first and second year examination of the degree examination should be as per the criteria of the university.

Admission terms / rules

1). Admission is required each year.  Once taken admission is registered for one year. 

2). The syllabus of the respective class / detachment or subject will be taught after fulfilling the condition of number of students fixed by the government for each class / detachment or subject.  No class / detachment or subject can be admitted to more students than the rules of the government. 

3). Students coming from universities other than Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University will have to bring the migration certificate within eight days  also Admission will be final after receiving the eligibility certificate from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. 

4). Students wishing to get admission in the college should fill in the required information in the attached application form and submit it to the office along with the required fees and documents within the stipulated time. 

5).The College reserves the right to cancel the admission if any shortcomings are found and there is no need to give reasons for it. 

6). Students are required to attach the original copy of the following certificate and their two true copies with the admission application.  (No attested copy of marks or any certificate will be received from the college on any subject.)

          A). Immigration Certificate / Transfer Certificate (TC) for passing the examination before the class to which the class is to be admitted and Proof of marks obtained in the examination (Markmemo.

          B). Certificate of Income if caste is backward. 

7). Students should read the instructions on the notice board before coming to the office.  No notifications will be sent to the class.  Notices will only be posted on notice boards.  Library notices will be posted on the notice board in the library.

8). Dates of admission, dates of examination keys, dates of scholarship etc.  These are posted on the notice board from time to time.  That must be looked at strictly.  If the above forms are not filled up after the expiry of the date or any other loss occurs, only the student will be held responsible. 

9). If students are denied admission before 31st July, 20% of the total fee will be deducted and refunded.  If admission is canceled after 31st August, 50% Fees will not be refunded. 

10). At the end of each academic year i.e. in the month of February-March, students should complete the No Dues Form while taking Holtikit and note that the students who have Practical’s in the subject will have to pay General Breakage as decided by the college administration.
